Shipping policy

1. Right of Withdrawal / Returns

You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging included.

2. Return Request

Please request your return by emailing us at

Include your order number and the reason for return (optional).
We will provide you with the return address and further instructions.

3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return shipments.

4. Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Processing time: 5–10 business days after we receive the return.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
We will offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

6. International Orders

Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Unclaimed or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, we will refund the item price minus shipping costs.
Alternatively, we can reship the order at the customer’s expense.
